This is another Bird Club owned website. But this one is about the amazing Hawks, Falcons, Owls and other birds of prey. Our purpose is to inform people about the birds of prey in th U.S.A., and Canada and also to express the beauty, grace, stealth, aggressiveness, and simbolysm these georgeous birds hold self-evident. These magnificent birds are awed by size and all their traits that no other birds have all of together. These traits always show when you are driving or walking in or around forests, open fields, hiking on cliffs and mountains, vacationing by oceans and rivers, or in high trees down south. In the forests edges you may have the pleasure seeing Accipiters, and in the forest itself you might be granted to see an owl, sleeping or perching incredibly still. In open fields across the country you will see a wide range of Buteos, soaring Vultures, Kestrels, more Owls, and Harriers waiting to be seen. while hiking in the mountains and around cliffs, you will have the chance to see falcons flying and feeding. Around rivers now you can see the elegant giant, the Bald Eagle, or watch an Osprey dive feet first into the ocean for a meal. When you're down south you can spot neotropical species and Kites of varied sorts. Overall, these birds are puzzling and uncomprehensibly wonderful. They are everywere and they are awed wherever they may be. They can also be a thrilling sight too. When you see them strike in the air, you will feel shivers up and down your spine. This feeling also comes to you if you have ever stared one right in their feared eyes. That is what really gives birwatchers a thrill. So when we say we are devoted to all birds of prey, boy do we mean it!
